REBOZO

This handmade, cotton rebozo is perfect for use during pregnancy,  labour and in the post-natal period. In labour, it can be used to help mobilise a woman's pelvis, support her during contractions and assist in turning the baby into a favourable position for birth.  It is especially useful for those labours where the baby is lying in a posterior position and constant backache is a problem. Gentle pelvic rocking, carried out by the support team using a rebozo is effective and comforting for the laoburing woman.
